To be Dada is above all to be passionate. Laurent Cisneros combines the world of wine and the world of horses through his two great passions, which he shares in particular with his daughter Mélanie during national show-jumping competitions.
- APPELLATION A.O.C. : Pessac-Léognan White
- TOTAL AREA: 36 hectares, including 26 hectares of vines
- SOIL: Fine tertiary gravel
- BLENDING: 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Semillon, 14% Sauvignon Gris
- HARVESTING: Hand-picked in crates and sorted on a sorting table.
- VINIFICATION: 24-hour skin contact maceration, cold pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
- AGEING: on lees for 6/8 months: 90% in vats and 10% in French oak barrels. Regular stirring of the lees.
