To be Dada is above all to be passionate. Laurent Cisneros combines the world of wine and the world of horses through his two great passions, which he shares in particular with his daughter Mélanie during national show jumping competitions.
  • APPELLATION A.O.C. : Pessac-Léognan Red
  • TOTAL AREA: 36 hectares, including 26 hectares of vines
  • SOIL: Fine tertiary gravel
  • BLENDING: 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot
  • HARVESTING: Hand-picked in crates and sorted on a sorting table.
  • VINIFICATION : Alcoholic fermentation and vatting in temperature-controlled vats. Vatting time: 20 days, punching down and pumping over.
  • AGEING: 9 months. 2- and 3-year-old French oak barrels and stainless steel vats.
