Fascinated by plants and exotic species, Baron Haussmann, the illustrious owner of Château de Rouillac in the 19th century, built an Orangery close to the Château.
  • APPELLATION A.O.C. : Pessac-Léognan Red
  • TOTAL AREA: 36 hectares, including 26 hectares of vines
  • SOIL: Fine tertiary gravel
  • BLENDING: 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot
  • HARVESTING: Hand-picked in crates and sorted on a sorting table.
  • VINIFICATION : Alcoholic fermentation and vatting in temperature-controlled vats. Vatting time: 20 days. Cap punching and pumping over.
  • AGEING: French oak barrels and stainless steel vats.
